Cochabamba – Tahua Cruz – Tunari Peak

  • Early departure to Tunari Peak via Quillacollo
  • Arrival to Tahua Cruz, where the hike begins
  • 3 hour hike with views and various alpine lakes to Tunari Peak
  • Box Lunch
  • Enjoy the views!!!
  • Return to Cochabamba

ITINERARY

Cochabamba – Parque Tunari - Laguna Wara Wara

  • Leave for Parque Tunari
  • Arrival to the entrance of Parque Tunari (2750 m.s.n.m.), where we begin hike
  • Hike with mountain views and native forests of kewiña
  • 5 hour hike to la Laguna de Wara Wara
  • Enjoy the lake and views!!
  • Box Lunch
  • Return to Cochabamba

TARATA – HUAYCULLY – CLIZA – PUNATA – ARANI

  • Leave  Cochabamba to Valle Alto
  • Arrival in the colonial village of Tarata, where we will visit the Plaza de Armas, Palace Consistorial, Temple of San Pedro, Church y Convent of San Jose
  • Continue to the community of Huaycully, where artisans make ceramics
  • Box Lunch.
  • Visit to Cliza
  • Visit to Punata, known as the Pearl of the Valley and one of the main producers of chicha
  • Finish our day with a visit to Arani, and the Temple of the Virgen La Bella
  • Return to Cochabamba.

  • Visit Tiquipaya, known as the flower capital
  • Continue on to Paso visit to the Temple de Santiago del Pasu
  • Arrival to Quillacollo, 13 Km. from Cochabamba
  • Visit the Temple y Sanctuary of the Virgen de Urkipiña.
  • Box lunch
  • Visit Pairumani, Hacienda de Villa Albina, which belongs to the family of the former tin baron Simón I. Patiño
  • Return Cochabamba
